A safety program that sets new standards for privately-owned jets.

JetSuite will be a U.S. Department of Transportation and FAA-certified on-demand air carrier, with operations specifications issued under Part 135 of the Federal Aviation Regulations.

JetSuite will also be the first private jet operator with comparable commercial airline standards for engine condition monitoring, exceeding the stringent FAA safety requirements.

Unlike other major private jet operators that operate under Part 91 of the Federal Aviation Regulations, JetSuite owners will have limited liability exposure because JetSuite will carry all revenue passengers exclusively under the more stringent Part 135. Thus, we will not transfer operational control and liability to our owners.

Every JetSuite revenue flight will deploy a two-pilot crew, unlike some operators that allow single pilot operations. In addition, all our pilots will be employed directly by JetSuite and trained beyond factory and FAA standards. This training will be overseen by our VP of Flight Operations, a former United Airlines DC-10 Fleet Captain.

Our airline-like Flight Operations Quality Assurance program will record data from every flight to ensure that our aircraft operate to tightly defined safety standards, while our engine condition monitoring program will track parameters of engine performance. This data will then be relayed to flight operations and maintenance analysts to ensure that our aircraft are always operating in optimum condition.

Finally, the entire JetSuite fleet will be brand-new. Support, maintenance, training, and spare parts will come directly from the manufacturer. This will ensure that every aircraft is properly maintained and serviced.
